Swiss Furniture Through the Years

Yesterday my daughter and I went to the Landes Museum in Zurich. There is a new exhibit on Swiss Furniture through the years. It was quite interesting to see what a typical Swiss living room looked like in 1920 or in 1410.

Here is a living room from around 1970. Fun to see the different styles around the world. Fantastic inspiration!

The other exhibit I loved was the Soie Pirate. This was an exhibit that featured textiles from the second half of the 20th century. With their vast archive of textiles, this exhibit was totally interesting and a complete inspiration.
